Warranty: |
| Laser Life Company warrants that all series laser systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use and service, for a period of one year from the invoice date from Laser Life. The laser is covered by this one-year warranty and consumable item(mirror¡Blens¡Bbearing¡Bbearing assembly) is three months warranty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Laser Life provides no warranties whatsoever on any software used in connection with the system. |

1. Write down your software version, operating system, and computer specification of laser system and computer connected to it. |
| 2. Please provide your company name and serial number of laser system, usually located at the corner close to the main power switch. |

| 3. Please try to recreate all existing problems and write down the circumstances in which the problems occurred. This will greatly assist our technicians to accurately diagnose the problems. |

possible, call from a telephone that is close to the machine
so that the machine can be operated while talking to our
technician. |
DC laser tube refurbish Service: |
Laser Life Company offers DC laser tube refurbish service. When the power of laser tube gets lower after using for a period of time and needs to be refurbished, contact with us first.? After evaluating the laser tube, our service engineer will inform you the detail information of the laser tube refurbishing. |
Attention points of DC laser tube send to Laser Life Company
Examining the used laser tube: |
1. Before sending the laser tube to us, please make sure that the laser tube is
still in good state without any crack or damage. |
2. Filling in the Return Authorization form that our engineer provides to you, notify us the serial number of the laser tube. |
When the laser tube is ready for shipping: |
1. Pack up the laser tube with appropriate carton to avoid the damage during the
transportation.

| 2. You can choose international couriers such as DHL or FedEx to ship the laser tube, because they provide door-to-door service. |
| 3. If you ship the laser tube via local forwarding company, the freight charge they give you does not include the transporting change from the airport to our company. Then we will bill you the additional delivery charge of your goods. Therefore, kindly make sure what your freight forwarder is charging for. |
4. We suggest that you insure the laser tube when dispatch it. The beneficiary is the sender. Some couriers do not underwrite glass merchandises. Please refer to the insurance terms and conditions before shipping the laser tube. |
Delivery of refurbished Laser tube

| 1. After examining the used laser tube and confirming the state of it, a formal quotation will be issued with an estimated delivery date. |
| 2. To protect the laser tube from damage during the transportation, a safe package is necessary. When the original package needs to be replaced, we will bill you for the new package. |
| 3. Regarding trade terms, we will apply ¡§Ex-work LLC_HQ¡¨ only. |
| 4. We strongly suggest that you insure the laser tube; Insurance arranged by the purchaser and the beneficiary is the receiver. We will provide you the documents for insurance. |
| 5. Upon arrival at the purchaser¡¦s facility, all laser tubes should be inspected for obvious damage and /or breakage. If a laser tube has been damaged in transit, the transporting carrier must be notified immediately. You should also notify Laserlife Company. |
Warranty of refurbished laser tubes: |
Laser Life Company warrants to the original purchaser of each refurbished (replaced) CO2 laser tube of its own manufacture, that the laser tube is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the invoice date.
Following events will serve to void warranty:
This limited warranty does not extend to any products or parts that have been damaged as a result of lack of supervision of installation and use, accident, misuse, abuse (including, without limitation, incorrect voltages, power surges, fires, improper or insufficient ventilation), and failure to follow operating instructions provided by Laser Life |
